Lowering Hypertension- Home Remedies

Broth
Celery and Garlic, Onions......
One Whole Stalk of Celery-
Three Whole Onions
Three or Four Pieces of Garlic
One Quart of Water-- (enough to make 8 to 10 cups of water)

Put ingredients in a pot heat to boil only enough so the nutrients from the vegetables to get in the water. Remember you are making a broth and not soup. You can determine how many minutes it will take, but not do not over cook the items.
Use the remainder of the ingredients to make soup!
Do a different batch for three days. Used the broth in place of water... at least 8 cups a day!
Always include change of diet and exercise... call me for a meal plan and exercise regiment!

Alcohol in your system without taking a drink!

Alcohol in your system with out taking a single drink! Did you know you may have alcohol in your system with out taking a single drink? By drinking water or any type of beverages with your meal causes the food to spoil. Drinkg with or immediately after a meal slows down the digestive system and as a result the food sits in the intestines longer than it should and food fermentation takes place. This is why people who don't drink alcoholic beverages still have what we call beer bellies. For Example: Take hot water, sugar and cooked potatoes, and bread, put it in a container seal it tight and let it sit out in the hot sun for two days. After the second day, open the container and pour out the liquid...you now have alcohol aka possiably Vodka. This is what one inmate did to produce alcohol while in prison. When we eat and drink liquids with our meals our body produces alcohol, by food fermentation. Your body is 98.6 degrees, food turns into sugar, than mix with water or any other form of liquid sits in the stomach for hours and spoils, forments there for producing alcohol!

Suffering from Acid Reflux

Spacing out your meals can help relieve acid reflux.

Did you know it takes 4 hours to digest one meal and one hour or two to give the system a rest. One of the hardest thing for the body to do is to break down food. When we eat in between meals by snacking we pile up food on top of food without giving the first meal proper time to be broken down and digested, acid reflux is the result.

Let’s think about a dryer for example, it takes about one full hour to dry one load of clothes. But if we stop every 10 to 15 minutes to add a piece of clothing, what would happen? The original load of clothes would take longer dry. The same thing happens when we snack in between meals not properly allowing the first meal to be completely broken down and digested before taking on another snack or meal. Space out meals 5 to 6 hours, with no snacking in between.

Also when we eat rapidly and don't take time to chew our food before we swallow, can result to problems. So chew throughly and don't snack in between meals and there will not be any need for acid reflux and the purple pill!

Breast Lift, and Stretch Marks Removed

Horsetail is good for:

Skin wrinkles and stretch marks, produced by ageing, obesity or sudden weight loss, pregnancy, muscular tension, etc., it improves skin appearance, and gives it a smooth elastic appearance, both taken orally and applied in problem area as compresses.
Fragil nails,
Breast flaccidity, when applied as compresses on the breast, it strengthens and tones the tissues. This effects is improved when also taking a decoction (as a tea).
Varicose uclerations ,
Osteoporosis, and more.


Horsetail is rich in silicon, a trace element which promotes regeneration of skin bone tissues. Compresses soaked in a horsetail decoction are useful for cellulitis or obesity, since they improve skin flaccidity, giving it a smooth, elastic appearance.

When the horsetail is applied as a compress, a decoction of horsetail gives strength to breast tissues. This action is improved when ingesting the liquid of this decoction.

The horsetail can be applied two ways, internally (drink in tea form) and two externally. Apply tea in a gauze or thin towel to target area. Please feel free to leave a comment or question.
